Mulga Bill's: Riverside Dining with Stunning Brisbane Views & Woodfired Pizzas

A nice place to go for good views of the city with upbeat vibes. The food itself was delicious, especially the lamb ribs which had meat that melted in the mouth. The barramundi risoni dish was also very delicate and sweet, and the drinks were refreshing. The only downside was that we didn’t realise the joyride banquet deal for $54 wasn’t available after 6pm, and otherwise the prices are quite high for the amount of food you receive. Also, the music was slightly loud in the corner we were in. But otherwise, would recommend this place.

Enjoyed the pizza power hour, my pizza was the ‘Diavola’, super delicious. Friends got ‘buffalo margherita’ and ‘gamberi’. Shared truffle fries, underwhelming as we got the smallest portion of fries and they weren’t very seasoned nor tasted like truffle. Still enjoyable, though service was 50-50 as some staff were nice and others had a weird vibe. Would come back for power hour or to try the banquet.

Visited this place to celebrate Galentine’s with the girls and we ordered the Joy Ride banquet — such great value for what you get! Everything was so delicious and generous in portion. The pizza was definitely a standout for us, absolutely loved it. The only small note would be the iced matcha latte — it was a bit too mild for my taste and I could barely taste the matcha flavour. That said, we had such a lovely time overall. The food, the atmosphere, and the view from our table made it a perfect spot for celebrations. We’ll definitely be back for other special occasions!

Our server, Brian, was absolutely lovely on the 25/11. He was attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. He offered helpful recommendations, and delivered everything quickly with a friendly attitude that really stood out. The restaurant itself is easily accessible by public transport and offers a quiet, picturesque riverside setting. We ordered the $54 banquet, which was delicious. The portions were incredibly generous, including a full-sized pizza for just two people. I highly recommend booking early to avoid the lunch rush.

My friend and I visited and had the Joyride banquet during lunch. It’s reasonably priced at $54 per person, offering a good selection of food, including dessert. The highlight is the stunning view overlooking Kangaroo Point Bridge and Story Bridge. The service was exceptional, and the food quality is decent. However, some dishes were slightly too salty. Overall, it was a great dining experience and definitely worth checking out.

Beautiful riverside spot with a stunning sunset view. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. The steak was amazing and the Sweet Pizza Bites were the perfect dessert. Highly recommend!

Our first time eating here was superb! Big thanks to our server, Joudy. Who keeps making sure we’re okay with everything. Also made us enjoy our food more because of her small chats that made us laugh the whole time. Truly an exceptional customer service, knows everything she do. We ordered the $54 joyride banquet dinner. Everything was perfect especially the Chicken Souvlaki, Quattro Formaggi, Halloumi Chips and Barramundi. Their cocktail drinks we’re fire! Basically loved all of what they had served us. Will definitely come back and suggest Mulga Bill’s to everyone! Thank you!
